Move ControlG to Applications before granting Accessibility. If the permission looks enabled but rewriting does not work, use Settings, General, Fix to reset the stale entry.
Windows
Select text before pressing Ctrl+G. If the target app runs as administrator, ControlG must run at the same privilege level.
Android
Enable the Accessibility service after accepting the in-app disclosure. Type your configured trigger at the end of text in a standard editable field.
Account and Pro
Sign in with the same Google account on every platform. One Pro licence supports one active installation per platform. Sign out before changing devices.
