Delete your ControlG account

You can request permanent deletion at any time, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Send your request

Email us from the Google email address used for your ControlG account. Use the subject “Delete my ControlG account” so we can verify and process it promptly.

What will be deleted

Your ControlG account record, synced prompts, active device registrations, free-usage count, and any optional diagnostics associated with the account will be deleted. Local settings and API keys can be removed by uninstalling the app.

What may be retained

Purchase, transaction, and licence records may be retained only when required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal obligations, or to preserve a lifetime licence you ask us to keep. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days.
